Meet your facilitator

My name is Paola (pronounced like Polar bear, grrr, lol) 

I am the mother of three boys 5, almost 10 and 13 years old.

My family and I moved to Rockingham in 2018.

Most recently I joined HICAT (Holistic integrated creative arts therapies college).

However I have always had a passion for expressing myself through creative arts, dancing, singing and music.

I aim to co create with you a relaxed, integrative environment where our bodies and minds can fell supported and at ease, giving way to our intuition to flourish through our work.  

Soul Wisdom is a project very close to my heart, where I look to bring and integrate my love for people and all things energy.
